8. PAYMENT OF BALANCE MADE IN U.S. CURRENCY, CASH, ZELLE, CASH APP, SORRY NO PERSONAL CHECKS

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS: CUSTOMER/ BOOKING AGENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A SAFE ENVIRONMENT AS WELL AS ELECTRICITY FOR DJ EQUIPMENT.

10. This contract constitutes a complete and binding agreement between the employer and the dj(s).

11. In case of breach of this contract by Employer, the Employer agrees to pay the amount stated in Section 7 as mitigated damages, plus reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and legal interest.

12. The Employer agrees to be responsible for harm, loss, or damage of any kind to musician(s) person or property while located at the place of performance (Section 3 herein).

13. The persons signing for Employer and the Musician(s)/ DJ agree to be personally, jointly and severally liable for the terms of this contract.

*Deposit is non refundable, unless sickness, act of God, accident, family matters etc. prevent the DJ from attending. If event date needs to be changed please notify me as soon as possible to see if your reschedule date is available.
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the event date. No date is considered booked until the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY If Client cancels:

Deposit/ Retainer is non-refundable.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event may require payment of the remaining balance unless otherwise agreed.

If DJ MIK ONE must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, all monies paid will be refunded or a qualified replacement DJ will be arranged if possible.

OVERTIME:
Additional performance time requested during the event will be billed at:
$300 per hour
Payment is due before overtime begins.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE *

Client grants permission for DJ MIK ONE to use photos and videos from the event for marketing and social media. Client does NOT grant permission.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, power failures, or other emergencies. This agreement represents the complete understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements. *
